Java edition not showing on my account

I've tried to use the main site to get hold of someone but it's not getting attention so I'm reporting it on here. I have the transaction ID and order ID from August when I purchased java edition for this account but when I log in to the Web or ther game launcher it shows I don't own a copy of the game.

I can supply the information when there's a secure place to do so.
