Parental verification not working

The process of parental verification fails in payment proces step. Tried with 2 different valid cards and got an unspecific error in return. Tried both selecting Denmark (card country) and Malaysia (currently visiting).

Please inform of an alternate verification method.

 

By the way. Your consent is in violation of article 7 in GDPR: It is not legal to mix regular service use (child) with sharing of data (your company). Better have your legal look into that ASAP.
