Minecoins are not credited

I purchased Minecoins from Windows 10. The store purchase completes, but the coins are not credited to my Minecraft account. I made 2 purchases of minecoins from the Minecraft for Windows 10. The first order number was 2099345660 (Minecraft Coins Tier 2 for £1.69). I paid with Paypal and the order went through OK, but I got an error in Minecraft "Try that again. Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help. The error code is 0x80070490, in case you need it. [CV:dz4yHZ8E9U+2ix11.9.8]". There are no minecoins credited in my account. My Paypal account has been debited. I log on to the Microsoft Store account and it shows that the order is complete. If I try to buy the same coin pack again. I get the message from the store "Looks like you already own this. Hope you are enjoying it. PUR-UserAlreadyownsContent/8gwqxfDvEG/2GGR.9.2.1 2017/12/18 - 9:45:48 UTC". Then I get the same "Try that again" message from Minecraft. I also tried a second order number 6908169128 for Minecraft Coins Tier 6 for £4.99. The result was the same: The store purchase completed, but no coins were credited. The errors were the same.
