Dr Splice's Lab Escape texture pack is locked after buying the world from marketplace

I bought Dr Splice's Lab Escape from the Marketplace, it downloaded successfully, but when I created the world and went under resource packs i could see the texture pack for the world, but it was locked. I don't know why this happened and I can't really play the world I purchased without it.
