I can not access any skin pack purchased or downloaded

Hi Mojang, I have been unable to access any skin pack purchased or downloaded for the past 3 weeks and I was hoping it could be resolved as quickly as possible. In addition any skin chosen from the menu has gotten extremely dark from the front and has only just happened yesterday and has been persistent. Thanks in advance, keep up the good work.
