I have had trouble with transferring stuff to my new phone

Hello, I love Minecraft, building is my favorite, but I haven’t been playing it because of an issue that I’m really, really annoyed with. I previously owned an iPod and had Minecraft on it, I purchased two texture packs, the fantasy one and the natural one. I never used the fantasy Texture pack, but I used the natural texture pack ALL THE TIME. And when I got a new phone (the iPhone 8) I downloaded Minecraft again, and was hoping the texture packs would load. Well, it turns out only the Fantasy texture pack did, and my absolute favorite texture pack, the natural one, did not. I was very disappointed and frustrated because obviously the game knew I had previously owned Minecraft because I had the fantasy texture pack. So, later, because, even though I was super frustrated, I love to play Minecraft, I purchased the natural texture pack again. Guess what? I waited longer than half an hour with the “loading, this shouldn’t take long” sign open, I know that I purchased it again because after the first time, something always came up that said “in-game resource already purchased, we will restore it for free” , I tried to load the pack over five times and the pack didn’t load! I tried different days, different times of the day, it never loaded, so now I have paid for the same texture pack, twice, and still don’t own it. And now I kinda hate Minecraft because of it, so until I get the texture pack without paying for it a third time, I will hate Minecraft. Also, on a lighter note, could you please inform me of how to transfer all my wonderful worlds that I worked so hard on onto my new phone. Thank you for reading this.
