I CANT USE MINECRAFT EARTH SKIN

I got email that have earth skin code 5/18 2019

I used that code at the same day

That appear in the Microsoft Order history

But I can't find it in the game.......

I am 20 in Korean age, so it is not the matter of age

And Minecraft BE account & microsoft account are same

It is also nat the problem of version(beta) because I checked 1.12 also have same problem

PLZ......... help me.... I want play minecraft with that skin......T..T
