Can't access full game Windows 10

Hello,

So I got the free Windows 10 code with the Java edition of the game, I installed the game and I was able to play Minecraft Windows 10 with my Xbox One account on PC for 1 or 2 weeks.
After those 2 weeks till now I have the problem that the game tells me that I am in the trial version and I cant unlock the full game.

I reinstalled my game, even contacted Microsoft who tried to help me without success.

What is the sollution for this problem so that I can play my Minecraft Windows 10 edition again on PC without being stuck in the trial version?
