Cannot purchase the game!!

+I cannot use my credit card to buy the game either windows 10 or java editions: +

country:Egypt
City:cairo
when i select the country that i am buying from,Egypt is not a country in that list ,please fix. i tried multiple times i did everything that i could, i checked the help and support page but nothing works.Help please
