Purchased Mods Now Locked

All purchased mods have locked themselves on our Minecraft pocket edition installed in April 2019, played on 6th gen iPad.  The mods we purchased are: Lucky Blocks Classic, Furniture Modern, Dinosaur Island, Dinosaurs

We tried the Restore Purchases button, and installed the lastest OS update for our iPad,  but that didn’t unlock the mods.
