MineCoins don't show up after buying

I recently bought 1,020 MineCoins for $5.99. It said I had all 1,020 MineCoins on the first day, but the next day It said I had 0. I surely didn't buy anything worth of MineCoins. I have the check from Apple as well. What should I do? I don't want to pay again.
