Minecraft Bedrock eddition code

I know this is the wrong place to ask, but when I go to minecraft.net to get support all of the support links are dead, Example: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360035130391-Minecraft-for-Windows-10 I want to redeem my bedrock eddition code, but anytime I do it says that the code has already been redeemed. Please help, or direct me to the proper support department, thanks.
