all my skins and texture packs are gone!!!

i had: skin pack one, Ninja skin pack, and city texture pack. when i logged on to minecraft i went on my world and i didn't have my skin equipted and the texture pack was gone. so i quit the world and went on to my skins and both skin packs were gone. then i went on to world options and my texture pack was gone too
