Cant Claim Minecraft Windows 10 edition

I log into my Mojang account and try to claim my free version of windows 10 Minecraft (I have had the game since 2011 according to my account). When I click the claim button it just loads and the page times out. 

 

I asked my friend who had claimed his copy 1 hour ago to try to do it on his pc and had the same issue accessing it from my account. This is a bug with my account and I am unsure of why i can't get my windows 10 version of MC so that i can play with my Friends
