can restore purchases

Made a total purchase of $8.97 and then a bit later uninstalled for storage issues but when reinstalling i had nothing in my packs. As well as cant find any of the texture pack, skin pack, and map. lost all of the extra Minecoins and cant fine a restore purchases button. Thanks for helping if you can.
