Distance Objects Blur across screen

Just downloaded, distant textures blur across the screen making this unplayable.  Accidentally downloaded the Java Version when I needed the bedrock version to also play on my switch, now this is all messed up.  

Please help me fix this or refund my purchase of this and my java version.
