Realm shows expired after it's been paid
My Realms subscription was paid on May 27th but shows my realm is expired. I was directed to submit as a bug by David S from support after I logged out of Xbox live and logged in again and my issue was not resolved. Attached is a copy of my receipt showing that I've paid my subscription. Please assist, I have not been able to play since the 27th of May. It affects all players on the Realm, on my android tablet and iPhone.
