Lost Purchased Custom Skin Items

In the previous beta version, 1.13.0.18, I had purchased a few items for the skin editor, mainly the Nether Cloak and a few other things, but when the app updated, I saw that my skin had reverted back to Steve. I went to change it back, only to find that many of my previously purchased items, were gone! I'm worried about this because I'm not sure if they were entirely removed, or locked behind achievements, and I don't wanna lose my money on them
