Marketplace store issue

Recently I bought a skin pack from the Marketplace. The skin pack was worth $1.00, or 160 Minecoins. When I went to go equip a skin, It was locked, saying I hadn't bought the skin pack. When I first see the skin pack in my locker, I can see that the skin pack is purchased, and I can also see this in my downloads when I checked. So basically, my $1.00 was spent on nothing.
