Licence file issue for sub-account on android

1.2.6.60 works fine on my account (with which I purchased the app on the Play store) but my son’s “child” account on Hudl shows the “licence required” problem. My son doesn’t have an email (he’s <13 years old) and so we do not use the Google Family sharing of App Store purchases. To share apps with Hudl I give permissions via Child Security application.
