stuck on processing payment

I bought denmart in the market place then it didn't show up so I bought it again then apple said it would restore it for me then I waited for half an hour on Minecraft with it showing the message 'processing payment please wait this won't take long' when I look at templates it doesn't show up so I've effectively paid for the message to show up
