Microsoft Family Connection

my kids lost all of their worlds I purchased as a parent for the second time. I logged in to an Xbox account before I made the second purchase so that we could restore if we ever needed to. Now they’re fine again. No one can give me a straight answer on how to fix. Stop letting developers sell worlds that you can restore if purchased.
