Never got pack purchased

I bought the Party Island pack for my daughter and the funds were removed from my card, but it never showed up. I've restored purchases and made sure she was signed in. I see other packages she purchased but not this one. While the purchase was going through, Minecraft just closed down. Please correct this asap
