I need a refund, since i didn't confirm to buy the game

I need a refund, since i didn't confirm to buy the game. I made an account. Went on to buy the game, but i didn't want to buy the game anyway, so i logout. Then i get a message that 180 kr was taken from my bank, but i can't see that transaction on my paypal account.
