my account doesnt apear

my minecraft account doesnt appear in accounts tab i was playing an hour ago closed minecraft wanted to play again and my account was gone i dont know what i did but its gone from the sign in i type my stuff in doesnt work what can i do? it says
                                       Invalid email or password
If your account was created after November 2012 or if it has been migrated, use your email. Otherwise use your username.
