Failed To Login: Invalid Token

Whenever I try to log on to any minecraft server, it says "Failed to Login: Invalid Token" I bought my minecraft account years ago from the official store (minecraft,net) It is a normal premium account, not cracked, and I am having this issue. I know I am entering the correct credentials because it works sometimes, (very rarely.) On the off-chance that it does work, if I log off of said server, I cannot connect again until the rare occasion that it does let me. This issue has been going on for 7 days now and I have found no fix. I can only log onto a minecraft server 0  to 2 times a day and it's very frustrating. Sometimes the launcher logs me out too. I saw a thread on reddit where people were having the same issue and most of them had normal accounts.
This happens in all versions for me but that wasn't an option
