Says I Have The Demo

I have bought MineCraft, and let me tel you, it is very fun, but I just tried to get on, and it said that I can only play the demo, when i've bought the full game. I do not want to purchase the game for a second time, if it's going to happen again. I just want to know what went wrong, and why am I only allowed to play the demo when I bought the full game.
