Skin not displaying in multiplayer

My custom skin does not displaying for other people. I've tried setting my skin to default, and setting it to a new skin, nothing works. Always displays my custom skin for me when I toggle into third person, but not for anyone else. All other skins display normally for me, but to everyone, I'm a default skin. This bug happens on both LAN and Servers. I don't know if this happens on realms, I'm not invited to any. However, after changing my skin, the bug undid itself for a day before returning. (Saldy I have no images, as my computer doesn't like screenshoting fullscreen Minecraft, which might be a bug to report later)
