I can't sign in to Minecraft

I can't log in to my Minecraft user. Do not log in and claim that If your user was created after November 2012 or has been converted, please use your email. Otherwise, use your username. My user was created on April 13th and I use my email to sign in. Yes I can login to my mojang account over the phone via the web but I am unable to log in to Minecraft. I've tried to change the password.
