I have been scammed off my minecoins

      So basically when I first got the game I had bought a skin pack called Lava. It had cost 160 minecoins, so later than after let's say 2 months, it said that I didn't have the skin anymore and switched me to steve. It said that the skin pack was locked, so then I tried moving on and bought it again telling myself it was only a one time bug. I was wrong however, the pack was still locked and I wasted a total of 320 minecoins! That amount is equal to $2 USD, which means I was scammed off my money. Please refund me and give me the skin pack I have already purchased.
