I can´t use all the features of my account

 

What I expected to happen was...:
I should be allowed changing most of my account informations without the permission of my parents

What actually happened was...:
I cant change my private informations although im 14 years old

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I dont have any clue of to trigger something like that
