Sudden death with Alt + Tab

I play Realms with my friends. My nickname is TwitchyKent.

Today there was a strange glitch. I play and at the same time do work in the browser and other programs. Previously, this was not. When you press Alt + Tab and back when you go into the game, the connection to the server was broken and the game restarted. All anything, but in one bad moment when I returned to the game, I died out of the blue. I was upset at first, but all my belongings were gone without a trace. And I had a pickaxe, which my friend craft me a whole month. Please resolve the issue and refund my pickaxe.
