Bug with Villagers

Dear Mojang

Im found bugs and lags in minecraft 1.14.4 Pre-Release 2, and im have 1 bug with Villagers.
One villager with village go to the Outpost. And rogues start the raid. Im don`t know how fix this bug, but im know what you`r fix it.
