refund policy

Hello. I wanted to buy the game Minecraft on the website [https://www.minecraft.net

Payment was made through the payment system qiwi.com 
I created a purchase request and canceled it (2186344895554940a97fafe1cbbdce75). I received this request for a wallet.
I created a new one because this request was made from a phone, I was uncomfortable paying through it. I created a new request(89ce137dea1d4b2b924c47277b118b7c) and it did not come to my wallet. I didn't notice the payment number. Please return me the funds, because they were sent to the canceled order.
