I apologize if I was unclear, you did not need to create a new ticket for this issue, but in the future, you cannot reply to this same thread with a different issue.

As for your current problem, we cannot help you restoring your content as it is not present on the backups. If you believe that you have found a bug, please report it at https://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/articles/409117-where-can-i-view-or-submit-bugs- so that a moderator and/or developer can take a look.

Yes, exactly I have problems with the backups the functioning is not correct. I've created a new ticket and put my problem and support response into it.

First of all - in the future, do not respond to these email when you encounter a new issue in the game. Instead, send in a new ticket through our contact form as we have already solved your original and several other requests.

Second, I am having difficulties understanding your exact problem. If a bug caused progress to be lost on a backup or not saved, please report it through our bug report tool so that the developers can have a look. Unfortunately, we do not have access to more backups than you, so if the latest backup on your Realm does not contain your progress, we will not be able to restore it either.

Realm: Drachenfelde Survival World

Hello Mojang Support.

I was kicked out of my realm tonight.
There is no connection to the world.

Then there were problems with joining my realm. Since there is no connection to the world please try again later.

I've built roads at noon today at 14:20 was the last backup.
Mixer Account RapperShaoKahn alias ShowTheKahn (among other artist names)

Then tonight at 6pm I made a live broadcast on mixer which I built a tree which was not properly secured by the realm fuse.

Because I was thrown out and my storage was restored to this day at noon where with me again all roads may copy again and my beautiful creative tree is also way.

Those after backups did not secure my tree and the roads.

These are backups from this afternoon nothing with which my progress is.

Could you Please look for these errors on it and it often fails the backups after 3 hours Later that's strange.

I'm so sad that everything has to be built up again...............
