New Launcher opens to a crash followed by message error:( cannot create path

have windows 7 update continually, resolution set for 1680 x 1050 ; up to date java and java and flash player, etc is built into Google browser, through Google Chrome browser, and downloaded is to C:/users\XW8200\AppData\Documents libraries\minecraftinstaller.msi, new launcher showed up on my desktop just couple of days ago and has me as user name gingerbean8, top right corner log in, then on PLAY button and I was on 1.9.2 game version but version on play button says your latest version 1.11.2..when I posh PLAY launcher screen says error: unable to create directory ...etc..CLOSE...my life is RUINED WITHOUT THIS GAME GUYS..PLEASE HELP ME GET IT BACK ON OLD LAUNCHER..IT WAS WAY BETTER TO DEAL WITH...LOL BUT TRUTH IS there's no game like this one...email me please!!!
