2-4 fps lock in MC 1.12

Anytime I use 1.12-1.12.2 I get 2-4 fps and my ventilator starts going crazy, I don't know if there's a driver issue, I already uninstalled the version from .minecraft/versions and reinstalled them but it stills dont work.
