Can not play 1.12

Have a bug and when I start minecraft then stands in the log launcher missing sounds of A-Z.
What does it mean I do not have mc reinstalled, in the loudspeaker is mc loud enough, headphones are drine and sound volume is completely loud and F3 + T does not function synonymous then I have a textures package synonymous pure and it does not work with it.
Then I have a whole year long a skin bug where I sometimes skins ofn all players can sometimes not synonymous and sometimes only a few and he was from there synonymous not fixed anymore ...
