Realm crash

I purchased a realm and was playing with my son. I was on my Win 10 laptop, and he is on our Win 10 PC. After beating the ender dragon in creative mode and watching the scrolling text, my system battery died. After charging the battery, when I attempted to log back into the realm, it crashes.
1.) I can create and play on local worlds from my laptop, but if I download the realm it still does not work
2.) My son is still actively playing on the realm from our PC without any issue
3.) if I log in on to my son's PC (the one mentioned in #2), and I launch the world with my user account, it crashes (just like on my laptop)
4.) I have worked with Jonny H from Mojang support and Microsoft and none of their attempts resolved the issue (Jonny H suggested this may be a bug)

There is an event in event viewer which I have uploaded for your review.
