Cannot use the paid application anymore

Through the family wallet, my son (elwyn.legangneux@gmail.com) has bought Minecraft Pocket Edition

Today, we cannot use anymore this product, and when we go to the application page, it is not marked as owned anymore. The price is displayed and it is required to buy it if we want to install it

Though, the application is correctly marked as purchased in my order history

We have contacted Google, but they are not able to do anything. For them we have to solve this with you

So I've contacted you're support, and was bounced to here.

Please can you solve this situation?
