I have a problem with code to receive Minecraft for windows 10

Hello Mojang, I have a problem with my code to activate the version Windows 10 (you offered me this code on May 2, 2016 - gift code: G63PJ-F9FDT-HXPMJ-XHGGQ-CGVGZ).
When I click to activate this code, it tells me that it is activated for a certain time, while I did not activate to my knowledge, I searched throughout my email account to be able to know if I activated or even bought the code, no result.
Which means that the code I did not activate it, when I am on the Microsoft Store it tells me that it is activated.Help me please. Thank you!
