When I move my mouse sometimes my Minecraft screen will spazz out

When ever I move my mouse, my minecraft screen spazzes out, and spins and such, It is only for minecraft and it isnt my mouse or the surface my mouse is on, It does not do this on my other house computer (Not laptop)
I recorded a short video (No audio) Showing such, I am only moving my mouse a little bit in the video and not as much as it looks like when it spins,
