Twitch not activating

I'm attempting to use twitch broadcasting with minecraft but I keep getting told I need to Migriate my account. Already did. Done and Dusted. Keeps telling me to do this. I'd really like to start livestreaming this awesome game. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
