[Payments/Purchases] Triple purchase and no access to Minecraft Java Edition
This is more of a payment issue, but I can't find where I should file this problem.
As described: I tried to buy Minecraft (three times), the process failed three times, and now I have three different charges on my account. I will provide extracts as needed, unless you redirect me to some other department.
What I want to happen: two of the payments should be returned, and my account (associated with my email veigabuenoender@gmail.com) should be created as expected.
Plus, there should be a more obvious way to contact help for non-game-related problems. FAQs are nice and all, but sometimes people have problems that can't be solved on their side...
