My realm I purchased for 10 people to play doesn't ever load, it just sits there I even waired 24 hours straight to see if it was just running slow... bit it appears you've taken me for a sucker ... because I paid for something I can't even use ....

I've updated and updated, deleted and really installed multiple times. Realms don't work it will stay on the attached screenshot all day until it disconnects because I couldn't open my realm I currently play with 4g lte and all 5 full bars everydayas seen in the second screenshot and still can't open my realm
