Not possible to buy Minecraft through website, no validate email sent

*What I expected to happen was...
that I easily could buy Minecraft at minecraft.net, by following the steps addressed.

What actually happened was...:
that after I have logged in the next step is to receive an Email to confirm that I am the proper user of the account. But I have not received any such email so I can not proceed in my purchase. I have also tried with other email accounts but it doesn't help. It seems that Mojang/ Minecraft does not sent the email at all. Frustrating,
