Well first off I'm reposting this on my laptop even though it only affected my iPad

Well I never expected this's to happen to me but on 12/5/18 I was playing Minecraft from my iOS device and when I go to exit to the main screen of Minecraft then it glitched so I left when I attempted to renter minutes later the game would kick me out constantly and not allow me to play so on this day 12/6/18 I attempted to play once again I tried quite a few times and the same thing kept repeating so I deleted the app then redownloaded it but not thinking of the cons I redownloaded the app then soon realized all my worlds were gone and I can no longer change my skin I was hoping to get some help if you wish to contact me my email is   pblue6709@gmail.com lease and thank you
