connection error

hi keiron here and i have a problem thats been playing up with my Xbox one for over a year now and its bugging me. 

my minecraft multiplayer has stopped working and needs fixing because it won't let me join my friends game and keeps either disconnecting server or telling me i can't join and its the same for them when they want to join me so if you could fix both minecrafts on my Xbox one i would love it and my Xbox gamer tag is DJ KIWI FM
