Wildlife Jungle by PixelHeads

Yesterday I bought (for £4.99) and downloaded the above world Wildlife:Jungle for my son to use on an iPad. Unfortunately every time since, when he's tried to load it, it boots him out of Minecraft completely.  Please could you investigate and/or refund my £4.99.
