Missing purchases

My daughter purchased coins to purchase worlds on her minecraft ipad pro. She just updated the app to Minecraft 1.8. Now when she logs on, they are missing. She is missing Juliet's Manor, Millionaire Mansions, Town of Tarlem and Build your own castle.

How do we get these reinstated on her account.

We created a microsoft account for her thinking that would help, but it did not.

Please help.

Her account is under Ekepie1@gmail.com to reinstate these worlds or refund her coins so she can repurchase them.
